Foaming Rigs

All units are powered by compressed air, which drives a small diaphragm pump, thus avoiding the use of conventional pressurised tanks. A foam generator is incorporated in the system after the pump. This generator can be isolated to dispense heavy duty cleaning compound. Once the units are set to dispense your particular product no further adjustments will be necessary.

The Foamer 50 and Foamer 80 are lightweight versions of our foaming rigs and are relatively small and manoeuvrable. They also feature lockable control cabinets to prevent unauthorised adjustments. The foamer 250s - single and dual outlet, both have 250ltr. tanks mounted on towable three wheel chassis with brackets for wash lances and lockable cabinets to the rear, housing the compressed air pump and system controls. The dual outlet version also has two separate control boxes to allow the connection of independent delivery hoses.

Recently, a trailer mounted version of this rig was introduced to the range, featuring extra lockable storage areas at the customer's request. Each unit comes complete with a 10 metre delivery hose for connection to either a Foam or Heavy Duty Compound Lance.
